Coming Back to
Dieu Luong - Phu Tho #2

We invite you to relive the moments of that day that were captured and broadcast on the HiTV channel - the "Dieu Luong - Coming Back to Dieu Luong #2" project by Chalk Road at Dieu Luong Secondary School in Cam Khe District, Phu Tho Province on 15th December 2024.

Coming Back to

Dieu Luong - Phu Tho #2

On December 15, 2024, Chalk Road—an organization founded by students from the British International School (BIS) Hanoi—visited Dieu Luong Secondary School to review the progress of the “Dieu Luong - The Day of Return #2” project. The initiative aims to promote comprehensive education by enhancing students' confidence and unlocking their potential.

This visit marked Chalk Road’s third engagement with Dieu Luong Secondary School. Committed to ensuring students learn and grow in an ideal environment, the organization has previously equipped the school library with resources and installed safety cameras during the December 2023 visit. After discussions with the school administration about the challenges of shared restroom facilities for students and teachers, Chalk Road, with approval from the Nord Anglia Social Impact Fund, allocated additional resources for this project. The total project value is nearly 30 million VND, which was graciously received by Deputy Principal Nguyen Tien Thinh and Head of Team Le Thanh Kien, who expressed their heartfelt gratitude for the invaluable support from Chalk Road. A plaque commemorating this partnership will be installed at the school by the end of December.

Let’s look back at the joyful and laughter-filled third visit of Chalk Road to Dieu Luong Secondary School on December 15!

At Dieu Luong Secondary School, Chalk Road sponsored the construction of a restroom for all students, which started in November and is expected to be completed in December 2024. This project was made possible through the Nord Anglia Social Impact Fund. Chalk Road donated sanitation equipment worth 22 million VND, including two 1,500-liter water tanks, two toilets, and two sinks. Additionally, they provided new books to enrich the school library, which underwent a complete renovation last summer.
